Julie Rigrish and her role as the center director of the Southeast Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC), one of two ISBDC regions hosted by the Purdue Center for Regional Development, was recently featured in the Southern Indiana News and Tribune.

Rigrish left banking last year to direct the southeast region of the Indiana Small Business Development Center.  Rigrish and her team has led changes throughout the region.  According to the article, “Rigrish leads this state-managed charge to provide guidance galore to employers and potential employers. The intent is to knock down hurdles and to build up confidence. Rigrish and a small staff are being counted on to make a big impact.”

The Southeastern ISBDC covers a 14-county region and offers services including consulting, planning, market research, loan assistance, a range of workshops and more.  In the article, Rigrish calls her office’s efforts to aide small businesses across Indiana, "One little piece of that puzzle.”
