Employability Skills (Skills for Success)

Focusing on unemployed and underemployed adults, the Employability Skills program teaches the foundational skills employers are looking for to hire new employees or to upskill their current workforce. This program addresses the state identified areas of needed skills (Mindsets, Work Ethic, Learning Strategies, and Social & Emotional Skills) through interactive modules in Workplace Skills, Critical Thinking, Effective Communication, Problem Solving, and Basic Math.
