Speed Test Profiles

We have created a speed test profile for every county in Indiana using M-Lab open access speed test data. The key indicator is median download and upload speeds in Mbps. Medians are used versus averages since averages are susceptible to outliers. Speeds are grouped into three tiers: poor (less than 25/3 Mbps), good (25/3 to 100/20), and excellent (100/20 or higher).
