  • DescriptonThis map shows the ratio between the median home value divided by the median household income. A higher number (ratio) indicates a lower affordability. For example, if the ratio is 2, this means it takes on average two median household incomes to afford the median value of homes in that area. In other words, the higher the ratio (darker green), the more expensive and less affordable is housing based on the median household income and median home price.
